Chemist at UAM, Masters in Commercial and Marketing Management at the European Business School.  He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry having had  responsibility for commercial and management for twelve years (syntex corporation, Palex Braun Medical Group and Sanofi).

After this period and feeling passionate by ¨chemistry of human development¨, he decided to turn his profession career around, and started focusing in the field of Human Resources (Coutts Consulting, MOA-BPI Group and Altedia Group) for the past twenty years, where he has been a General Manager and has tutored a wide range of professional profiles as a Coach and Consultant.

In 2004 his entrepreneurial spirit led him to create the Atesora Group, of which he is the president. He is also one of the founding partners of Lider-haz-GO! a prestigious training school for professional coaches and the co-founder of EXEKUTIVE Coaching. Having over 4,500 hours of experience as a coach, he is a senior coach Professional by AECOP (Spanish Association of Executive and Organizational Coaching) and an MCC member (Master Certificated Coach) by the ICF. Very passionate about teaching, Jorge is a regular speaker at National and International Conferences, and a professor at several universities and business schools,  facilitating seminars on coaching, Management Skills, Leadership and Conversational Skills.

In love with the power of words, he published  with Planeta Publisher the novel: ‘La chica de los ojos del color de mi piscina’ (The girl with the eyes of the colour of my pool), and together with some colleagues a book of approaches and cases of coaching for top management: ‘Desnudando el Alma del Directivo’ (Stripping the soul of the Manager). He has recently together with Antonella Fayer published his third book: ‘La Empresa Camaleon’ (The chameleon bussiness) and he has collaberated, also as a writer, in the book about Javier Fernandez Auado´s thought, ‘Liderar el Cambio’ (lead the change), coordinated by Alvaro Lozano.

There is nothing that triggers his excitement better than a family dinner, starting a new coaching process, a trip abroad or planning the Titan Desert in the Moroccon desert.
