- What is it? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), or more briefly, the Myers-Briggs Indicator, is a personality preference questionnaire created by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. It is a diagnostic tool used all over the world for different purposes and in executive coaching it is used as a complement for the development of leadership and teamwork competencies
- What is it for? Passing the MBTI questionnaire and the subsequent feedback session will help increase each individual’s understanding of themselves, their motivations, their natural resources and their possible areas of development. It will allow a reflection about their leadership style, learning style, way of solving problems, potential difficulties, development areas, motivation…, etc
