TKI (Thomas Kilmann Model Conflict Instrument)

Model designed to assess a person’s behaviour in conflict situations, taking into account how they manage personal reassertion and willingness to cooperate with others

  • What is it? An instrument that assesses the professional’s behaviour in conflict situations by considering two basic dimensions: how they try to meet their own needs compared to their willingness to meet the needs of others with whom they may disagree. From the crossing of these two variables, up to five different styles of managing conflict appear, each of which has applicability in the field of professional relations
  • What is it for? To evaluate, work on and improve the behaviour of individuals in the face of conflict
  • When to use it? In coaching programs, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills development, team conflicts and low productivity situations
